Join our team of Global Technical Service Engineers in Örebro! The team is part of the Technical Service department, and you will share an office area next door to Production and R&D at our Eyra facility in Norra bro, Örebro.

The team of Global Service Engineers is responsible for supporting and training the Epiroc Service technicians around the world.

Additionally, we are the voice of the customer in product development and continuous product improvement activities to ensure what we develop fits well with the customer needs.

You will join a diverse international team with colleagues from different technical and cultural backgrounds, working together to support customers worldwide.

Your mission

In this role, you will be a technical expert supporting Epiroc service technicians and customer centers around the world. You will combine hands-on work with deep technical problem solving, while continuously developing your expertise in drilling equipment, automation and electrification technologies.

Your responsibilities include:

Providing global technical support for Surface Drilling equipment and systems, both remotely and on site.

Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues together with customer centers and service organizations worldwide.

Conducting technical and operator training sessions for service tech
