Responsibilities
- As a Senior Security Engineer, you won't just manage risk—you will actively build tools, shape security architecture, and protect the company across three connected surfaces: the products millions of customers use, the platform internal engineers build on, and the systems employees rely on every day.
- Sitting within the Business Tech Division and reporting directly to the Head of Security, you will treat security code as production-grade software. Building custom AI agents, automating security workflows, and hardening cloud infrastructure is a core part of how the team operates.
- What you will be doing:
- Security Automation & AI: Build production-grade security tools, automations, and custom AI agents (using Python, Go, or Bash) that engineers and the wider business rely on daily. Evaluate emerging AI models against security standards.
- Cloud & Platform Hardening: Harden and secure the GCP estate, Kubernetes platforms, Docker environments, and CI/CD pipelines that engineering teams depend on.
- AppSec & DevSecOps Partnership: Partner directly with software engineers to embed security into the SDLC through threat modeling, pre-ship input, and code reviews (using tools li
