About this role
Senior Backend Developer (Python/DevOps) -Hybrid, Stockholm
The company is a Nordic-Baltic venture studio founded in Stockholm in 2016. They work hands-on with both startups and larger enterprises to build digital products — investing in and building companies, rather than just consulting. Employees get the opportunity to invest in the portfolio companies and share in the upside if there's an exit. The culture is described as entrepreneurial and ownership-driven, with a focus on work-life balance — working close to founders and core teams where decisions are actually made, rather than off a backlog.
