OFCI Manager

The Opportunity

In this role you will:Develop and provide a OFCI delivery strategy and drive stakeholder engagement in the

implementation to deliver on all KPIs.

Support the delivery of a wide range of projects, work with Lead project PM and client to align vendor Equipment Schedule to overarching project schedule.

Engage with vendors at the early stage of equipment manufacturing and align required factory

witness tests against milestones.

Work with appointed GC and specialist project subcontractors to ensure correct work methods

and installation requirements are adhered to and ensure that appropriate method statements

are in place and signed off by the relevant parties in advance of installation.

Manage all required paperwork and sign offs associated with all vendor equipment installation.

Engage with and advice the client design team on vendor equipment related elements.

Review with both the senior project manager and the program lead to ensure that all client

specific requirements and deliverables are addressed.

Attend various FWT and FAT and have regular visits to off-site manufacturing plants to ensure

quality control measures are implemented and inspect equipment prior to shipping.

Assist in preparation for meetings, chairing and recording all minutes.

Attend and monitor meetings and escalate any issues that may arise.
