The Opportunity

In this role you will:Ensure the client complies with the national statutory Health & Safety requirements for each

construction project.

Implement best practice, and lessons learned, across each project.

Enhance, and improve, existing construction safety management procedures through a visible

on-site presence, and through active participation in all aspects of day-to-day Health & Safety

management on the projects.

Implement Microsoft construction safety management program across each project.

Assist on an as needed bases in the development of specific safety programs.

Provide an independent review, and oversight, of construction Health & Safety management

procedures in place for each project; with a view to cross-evaluation of projects, sharing lessons learned / best practice, and driving continuous improvement across the Microsoft construction supply chain.

Assist in the identification, and management, of high-risk activities at each stage of the

projects; including liaising with design teams and working with contractors in forward safety

planning and co-ordination of works activities.

Monitor and report the client's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assessment and

evaluation across all construction projects.
