Infrastructure Superintendent

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

Report to the Senior Project Manager and act as the Employer's Representative. You will be responsible for delivery of the project and will be supported by a site-based team

during the construction, fit-out, commissioning, and handover phases.

Act as the technical supervisor and lead point of contact for early infrastructure works, including coordination and supervision of construction of on-site roads, loading/offloading areas, laydown areas, logistics and welfare areas, as well as off-site road infrastructure, transport interfaces, municipal works, and authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) coordination.

Ensure the Project meets the Project KPIs and applicable Data Center Development (DCD) guidelines and standards (as updated from time to time based on best

practices and lessons learned from previous projects).

Ensure statutory obligations are met, including (but not limited to) compliance with applicable laws, statutes, regulations, and building codes.

Provide guidance and corrective action when necessary, and respond to questions regarding delivery options.

Manage all civil works project-related activities, including coordinating FTE resources, vendors and contractors.
