Nordics Sub-Regional Integration Manager

Overview

Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) delivers the infrastructure that powers Microsoft's cloud services. The EMEA Data Centre Delivery (DCD) team leads the end-to-end engineering, procurement, construction, integration, and handover of data centres through sub-regional delivery teams. The Nordics Sub-Region covers Finland, Sweden, and Norway. We are seeking a Nordics Sub-Regional Integration Manager to lead the regional ITIM team and provide integration strategy, governance, and delivery oversight across the portfolio. Helsinki, Finland, is the preferred location.

The role requires a senior integration leader who is credible in both field and executive governance forums, combines technical infrastructure and construction delivery knowledge with programme leadership, and uses data to communicate portfolio health while challenging contractors and internal stakeholders when commitments are at risk. The successful candidate will lead and develop the ITIM team across multiple projects, influence delivery without direct authority, and travel regularly across Finland, Sweden, and Norway.
