The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Legal Trainee/Senior Legal Trainee to join our Group Legal team in Helsinki. This is an opportunity for a more senior law student who wants to develop practical in-house legal skills in an international business environment and work alongside experienced legal professionals across the Nordics and North America.
You will support the Legal team in its day-to-day work and contribute to a broad range of legal matters and business projects. The role combines legal research and drafting with practical contract, corporate and legal operations work. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation and gain insight into how an international in-house legal function enables business while managing legal risks.
Responsibilities
- Assist the company's lawyers with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, corporate materials and internal guidance.
- Support commercial contracting and other day-to-day legal matters involving customers, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders.
- Assist with corporate governance, company law and legal entity administration matters.
