Responsibilities
- As an AR Accounting Trainee, you will support our Accounts Receivable team in day-to-day financial operations. You'll gain practical experience, learn from experienced professionals, and develop skills that are essential for a future career in finance. This is a part time role working 10-15hrs per week.
- Your responsibilities will include:Bank statement processing: Booking and matching bank statements with sales invoices
- Reconciliation: Supporting AR reconciliation and clearing activities
- Customer management: Assisting with AR customer creation and maintaining accurate records
- Invoice monitoring: Tracking overdue invoices and supporting follow-up actions
- Credit notes: Creating credit notes as needed
- Intercompany invoicing: Managing intercompany (IC) invoicing and preparing IC summaries
- Reporting: Supporting the preparation of reports for the statistical center
