We are intensively looking for pro-active Junior 3D Technical Artist to join TechSim team. The candidate will work on market lead product TechSim that actively in use for seafarers' education in thousands maritime academies around the globe. The reason of hiring is active business and development team grow.

You will work in Scrum team on complex distributed system with tasks in many different domains from visual system to hardware integrations. The team believes in incremental delivery and work in close collaboration with customers.

This is a permanent role, the location is Turku, Finland.

Responsibilities: Improve & organize the pipeline for the TechSim simulator visualization in Unreal Engine

Prototyping model & level design in Unreal Engine

Understanding the design requirements for the visual aspects of the simulations and translating the visualization ideas into the scene with related components - including mesh quality optimizations, materials, scene & level design.

Collaborating with a global team and managing asset workflows.

Working closely wit
