🌌 WE ARE HIRING – AURORA GUIDE | ROVANIEMI 🌌

Authentic Experiences Rovaniemi is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Aurora Guides to join our team for the upcoming winter season.

📍 Location: Rovaniemi, Finland

📅 Season: 1 November 2026 – 31 March 2027

🌙 Work: Evening/night shifts, mainly 3–7 hours per shift

✨ Your role

As an Aurora Guide, you will lead our guests on unforgettable Northern Lights experiences around Rovaniemi. Your job is to make sure our guests have a safe, enjoyable and memorable evening while searching for the aurora.

Your responsibilities include:

Guiding guests during Northern Lights safaris

Driving or assisting with transportation to different locations depending on weather and aurora forecasts

Taking care of guests throughout the evening

Sharing information about the Northern Lights, Finnish Lapland and local nature

Communicating with the driver and other members of the team

Helping guests with photography and taking photos when needed

Making sure safety and customer service are always a priority

👤 We are looking for someone who

Has a positive and outgoing personality

Enjoys working with international guests

Speaks fluent English

Is comfortable working late evenings and outdoors in winter conditions

Is flexible and able to adapt to changing weather and plans

Is responsible, reliable and independent

Has a genuine interest in the Northern Lights and Lapland

Previous guiding or tourism experience is a plus, but attitude and the ability to work well with guests are just as important.

🚐 Driving licence (B) is an advantage, but not necessarily required for every position.
