Responsibilities
- We are currently seeking a Customer Project Manager to join our Food & Food Contact Materials team. This is a permanent position based in Helsinki, Finland. If you are a resourceful individual with a proactive attitude and a strong curiosity about food contact materials testing and regulations, you might be the person we are looking for.
- As a Customer Project Manager, you help our clients to bring their products to the market by arranging the needed testing services for them. You operate at the interface of our customers who need testing services, and our partner laboratories who perform them. You help our customers to identify the tests that they need, arrange the samples in the laboratories, report the results and provide consultation. Acting as a key link between our clients and our partner laboratories, you will ensure that testing needs are accurately identified and efficiently executed.
- To succeed in this role, you should have a keen interest in learning the regulatory landscape of food contact materials (FCMs).
