The work

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help IQM scale the people and expertise behind the next generation of quantum computing.

We are hiring for two positions with the same core profile, each supporting a different part of our organisation:Technology: partnering with teams working across quantum science, quantum computing, hardware and software engineering, and other highly specialised technical disciplines.

Technical Operations: partnering with teams responsible for bringing quantum technology to life at scale, including QPU fabrication, technical services and other operationally critical capabilities.

Whichever area you support, you will be a strategic partner to leaders and hiring teams, owning recruitment for hard-to-find talent across Europe, APAC and the US. The roles range from scarce senior specialists to higher-volume hiring, so it takes both strategic judgement and a resilient, hands-on attitude.

This is a role for someone who enjoys operating where technology, people and ambition meet - someone who can understand a complex technical profile, turn it into a compelling talent strategy, and bring the right people into the room.
