Programme Coordinator (Finnish Speaking) – Smart Edu Bridge Oy
Smart Edu Bridge Oy is looking for a fluent Finnish speaking Programme Coordinator to support our ongoing project that builds pathways between Finnish employers, candidates and vocational institutes, leading to educational training and development opportunities.
About the role
You will coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, act as a key link between employers, vocational schools, and learners, and help ensure smooth delivery of educational training pathways and development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project planning, activities and timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Liaise with Finnish employers and vocational institutes to design and implement study and training pathways that lead to educational training and development pathways.
- Support the planning and scheduling of educational training and development pathways periods, including matching learners with suitable employers and training roles.
- Organise meetings, workshops, and information sessions for employers, schools, and students.
- Maintain project documentation, track participant progress, and prepare simple reports for internal use and funders.
- Collect feedback from employers, institutes, and learners to improve pathways and training quality.
- Assist with communication materials (emails, short updates, social posts) about opportunities and project progress.
- Support administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, venue bookings, and basic budget tracking related to project activities.

- Experience in coordination, project support, or administration, ideally in education, training, or HR.
- Understanding of vocational education and educational training and development pathways or apprenticeships is an advantage.
