Purpose

In this role, you will drive customer engagement, conversion and retention through a combination of CRM/lifecycle marketing and content execution. You'll own CRM campaigns and customer journeys while coordinating content creation across agencies, creators and social channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys executing, optimising and managing multiple marketing workstreams.

Your tasks:Build, run and optimise CRM automations and campaigns across email, mobile and onsite channels.

Own customer lifecycle journeys focused on conversion, onboarding, engagement, retention and churn reduction.

Manage segmentation, targeting, campaign execution, QA and performance reporting.

Coordinate the end-to-end content production process across external agencies, from briefing through to channel-ready assets.

Source, brief and manage content creators and influencer partnerships, including contracts and usage rights.
