Responsibilities

• We're looking for a Senior Recruiter (f/m/d) who will lead end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized technical, as well as key operational roles, by partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire the people who will shape the future of Black Semiconductor. You'll play a key role in continuously improving how we attract and recruit talent.

• Develop and execute data driven talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across technical and business functions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational as well as specialized roles, including engineering, R&D, IC design, process development, and manufacturing positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, advise on recruitment strategies, and support informed hiring decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and documentation by leveraging data and AI to drive efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the People team to ensure recruitment, onboarding, and the wider employee lifecycle are delivered seamlessly.
• Stay informed on semiconductor hiring trends, talent market developments, and competitor activity to ensure our recruitment approach remains competitive.
