Requirements
- We're looking for a hands-on Finance & Operations Associate to keep the financial and operational engine of a fast-scaling deep-tech company running smoothly. You'll work side by side with the Head of Finance in a small team, which gives you broad exposure across finance and operations from day one and real room to grow into more. Please note that this role requires professional-level German (C1 or above), as our finance, tax, and administrative processes run in German. You bring finance fundamentals, a structured way of working, and genuine curiosity about how a business operates end to end. You see what needs to happen, take initiative, and enjoy working openly in a fast-moving, international team that's growing together.
