About Se3

SE3 Labs is building Spatial AI by combining 3D computer vision with large language models (LLMs). We believe the ability to reason about and act within physical space is foundational to unlocking the next generation of automation, from construction to smart infrastructure, and ultimately, defense. Now, we’re building the physical platform to bring Spatial AI to life. That means high-performance, real-world robotic systems (starting with UAVs) and we’re looking for a hands-on workplace manager who’s ready to own hands-on operations at SE3. About the Role As workplace manager at SE3 Labs, you will be the operational backbone that keeps our fast-moving company running smoothly. You will own core administrative processes across multiple offices and functions (e.g. finance, people operations, workplace operations, procurement), support leadership in day-to-day operations, and ensure that the team can work with focus and speed. You are in charge of building the execution functions with the leadership around the company. You will work closely with Michael (Chief of Staff), gaining insight into how a deep-tech company operates from the inside.
