This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Design the AI-Powered OS: Shape the interface and experience of the AI-powered operating system installers worldwide will run their business on.
- Design with a Product Lens: Go beyond the brief to understand why it matters, balancing user needs and business impact with craft and polish.
- Set the UX/UI Bar: Maintain a high bar for UX/UI design that's intuitive, accessible, and genuinely delightful across every surface of the product.
- Redesign and Reinvent: Improve existing flows and interfaces, and design new ones from scratch, prototyping and iterating quickly to maximize value.
- Challenge and Collaborate: Push back on ideas that don't meet that bar, and work closely with product and engineering to raise UX quality across the board.
