Job Overview

We're looking for a creative and organized Event Manager to plan, produce, and deliver standout experiences for our audience of finance professionals. This role goes beyond the standard conference-and-cocktails format — we want someone who can design unconventional, memorable physical events alongside high-quality webinars and digital formats that engage a traditionally conservative industry in fresh ways.

Your Tasks

You'll own the full event lifecycle, from concept to execution to post-event analysis, working closely with marketing, sales, and senior stakeholders to ensure every format — in-person or digital — reflects our brand and delivers real value to a financial-sector audience.

Physical Events

Conceive and produce event formats from classic networking sessions to innovative, interactive experiences that break from typical finance-industry conference norms

Manage end-to-end logistics: venue sourcing, budgeting, vendor negotiation, catering, AV/production, travel, and on-site execution

Oversee end-to-end execution, from initial concept through on-site delivery and post-event follow-up.

While based in Frankfurt, coordinate and support events across other Solactive locations and assist with international client initiatives.
