Responsibilities

• As our Senior Talent Partner, you own the hiring experience end-to-end across a broad range of business and technology roles. You partner closely with leaders to translate ambitious growth plans into exceptional hiring outcomes, balancing speed with quality while continuously raising the bar for talent acquisition.
• You join LIQID at an exciting moment. Our Talent function is undergoing significant transformation; from interview frameworks and hiring processes to recruiter enablement, candidate experience and recruiting operations/systems. The foundations are in place. Your role is to build on them: embedding best practices, refining what we've created, and helping the organization move from implementation to operational excellence.
• You don't simply fill vacancies—you shape how LIQID identifies, evaluates and convinces exceptional people to join us. You bring clarity to hiring decisions, challenge assumptions when necessary, and create trust with candidates and hiring managers alike. As our teams continue to grow, you'll help ensure that every hire strengthens both our business and our culture.
• Real End-to-End Hiring Ownership: Reporting directly to our VP People alongside a team of two, you own the full hiring lifecycle across multiple business areas, from kickoff to signed offer. Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, calibrate expectations, build interview processes, and guide decisions through structured, evidence-based assessment. You proactively identify risks, remove bottlenecks, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage.
