<p>As a <strong>Senior Consultant (m/f/d) Data & AI Strategy</strong>, you will sit at the center of this mission. You won't just deliver static slides; you will bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business imperatives, guiding clients from a focused short-term engagement with <em>Mittelstand</em> manufacturers to multi-phase AI transformations with enterprises. In this role, you will take ownership of cross-functional workstreams, drive data-driven decision-making, and actively shape the digital future of our clients.</p>

<h3><strong>What you will do:</strong></h3>

<li><strong>Client advisory & strategy:</strong> Work closely with (international) clients to understand their business needs and translate them into data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making and business transformation.</li>
