Project Manager – Strategic Projects & Cross-Functional Initiatives (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• As a Project Manager in our central strategic function, you will work on cross-functional topics that are highly relevant to L1VE’s continued development. You will analyze complex questions, develop decision-making materials and coordinate implementation together with the teams involved.
• You will combine strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution. In this role, you will work closely with the executive team, senior leadership and teams across Product, Tech, Content, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Your Responsibilities
• Manage strategic and cross-functional projects from structuring the initial question through planning, implementation and follow-up
• Analyze complex business, organizational and operational topics and develop clear recommendations and decision-making materials
• Prepare management decisions, presentations, briefings and other materials for the executive team and senior leadership
• Coordinate teams, stakeholders and external partners across different functions and locations
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and risk assessments
