Please note that for this role, C2 English proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Own the UK Market: Be the PM for UK. Find what is missing and optimize
- Talk to Installers Constantly: Calls, site visits, demos, support tickets. You will know your installers the best
- Push metrics: Improve activation, adoption and retention for UK installers.
- Build for Local Rules: Ship features that fit UK reality, from compliance requirements to the things installers there do differently.
- Make It Reusable: Turn UK solutions into platform features every market can use.
- Set the UX/UI Bar: Review flows before they ship and push back on work that is technically correct but bad to use.
- Challenge and Collaborate: Work closely with Core Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
- What Makes You a Great Fit
- Hands-On Experience: 2+ years in product management, ideally in a startup or product-dri
