If you want to help us make self-employment a little easier, Holvi is for you.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>IT Analyst Role</strong></span></p><p><span>As an IT Analyst, your main responsibility will be to help make sure Holvians have the equipment and technology they need to keep our operations running smoothly. As a member of the IT team, you would be primarily in an internal customer service role, helping other Holvians with their IT problems and projects. You would be the only IT representative in our Berlin branch, but would have constant access to support from the rest of the team in Helsinki.</span></p><p><br><span><strong>A typical day could see you:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Triaging and answering support requests from Holvians</span></p></li><li><p><span>Overseeing the asset and access management processes end-to-end, including keeping our documentation accurate and audit-ready</span></p></li><li><p><span>Setting Holvians up with the right equipment and access from day one, and handling things properly when they leave</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting security compliance by patching and completing reviews of IT assets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintaining and improving our internal knowledge bases</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fixing connectivity issues and making small changes to our internal services</span></p></li><li><p><span>Escalating problems to other team members or sections if needed</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>This is for you if you:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>You are just starting on your IT journey or studying in an IT-related field and want to advance as you grow</span></p></li><li><p><span>Are an independent worker who can use initiative to find solutions to unfamiliar problems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Are curious and love learning new skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have professional German language skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Are proactive and enjoy working with people and helping others</span></p></li><li><p><span>Are available to work in the office at least three days per week</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>It's a plus if you:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Already have 1-2 years of experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>Are willing to work in the office five days a week</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have experience in using and managin
