In this key role, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of our internal fleet of approximately 150 vehicles, with an annual turnover of 3 to 4 replacement cycles.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Based in the Remarketing Department, you will work closely daily with Sales, Marketing, PR, Events, Finance, Operations and external partners. This gives you a unique position within the organisation, with a direct impact on cost control, vehicle availability and the Polestar customer experience.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Fleet &amp; Car Park Management</strong></span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· Management of a balanced car park structure (In Fleet, Active Fleet and Display Fleet).</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Overseeing the deployment of demonstration, job and service vehicles in accordance with internal guidelines.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Managing vehicle inflows and outflows based on age, mileage and business needs.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>· Organising and monitoring periodic fleet inventories.</span><br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Vehicle Lifecycle Management</strong></span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· End-to-end coordination of vehicles throughout their entire lifecycle.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Managing administration, registration, insurance and documentation.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Monitoring of vehicle statuses, maintenance, damage, recalls and fines.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Proactively preventing operational disruptions and downtime.</span><br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Planning &amp; Vehicle Availability</strong></span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· Centralised planning of test vehicles, events, vehicle changes, maintenance and transport.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Maximising vehicle availability and utilisation rates.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Coordination with internal stakeholders regarding fleet requirements.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>· Coordination of transport and logistics movements.<br></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Compliance Management</strong></span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· Monitoring fleet processes and internal compliance.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Central point of contact for internal departments and external suppliers.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Ensuring correct vehicle check-in and check-out procedures.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>· Compliance with contractual agreements and internal policies.</span><br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Supplier &amp; Cost Management</strong></span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· Managing and evaluating external partners and suppliers.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Monitoring SLAs, quality and invoicing.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>· Continuously seeking optimisations in terms of costs, efficiency and proce
