What you’ll do:
Shape the technical vision of our Digital Services & Channels platform, leading architecture across multiple engineering teams.
Define and evolve
the architecture of our Digital Services & Channels platform
Lead
technical decisions across multiple engineering teams
Design
scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud-native applications
Drive
platform modernization, AI-powered engineering, technical simplification, and a culture of continuous learning
What will help you thrive in this role:
You bring strong architectural judgement, an engineering mindset, and curiosity to turn emerging AI technologies into practical value.
Proven experience in
designing large-scale distributed applications and modern cloud architectures
Strong knowledge of
microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and software engineering; Java is a plus
Ability to
influence technical direction across multiple teams while balancing strategic vision with pragmatic delivery
Hands-on experience with
AI-assisted development tools and modern AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, and AI integration patterns
