As a Service Provider Operations Developer, you’ll play an important part in the team and contribute to a better everyday life for the many by maximizing the optimization potential related to its operational costs. Your primary focus will be securing and continuously improving our service providers' operations performance. The impact of our work will resonate in homes and hearts across the world. On a typical working day, you will:

Secure operational performance of the service provider as well as securing optimal usage of agreed capacity versus planned/needed capacity

Work actively with capacity forecasting, identify constraints and find optimal solutions which lead to securing needed capacity at lowest total cost

Contribute to the development of working methods and other steering documents

Ensure execution of signed contracts as well as perform compliance checks at service providers to verify quality of equipment, safety & security etc.

What we’d like you to bring to the table

The role as a Service Provider Operations Developer requires you to have:

Worked within logistics or supply chain in an international organisation for at least 2 years

Knowledge in specific transportation and warehousing aspects as well as know the ins and outs of impacting operational performance

Experience in working with Excel including performing analysis and putting together reports

Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
