Senior, backend developer/engineer with extensive experience to lead the architecture and development of our scalable backend services. In this role, the individual will be responsible for designing and maintaining high-availability applications using Java Spring Boot, while collaborating with systems engineering to optimize our AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure. The individual will play a pivotal role in spearheading our AI-driven development workflows, ensuring our systems are resilient while driving measurable improvements in engineering productivity and code quality. The ideal candidate is an innovative technical leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about exploring AI-assisted automation, establishing communities of practice, and inspiring teams toward modern technical excellence.

Your Impact:

Backend Engineering & Architecture: Develop and maintain scalable Java Spring Boot services, drive architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery with strong coding, testing, security, and observability standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with frontend teams, product managers, and QA to deliver reliable features with consistent and predictable outcomes.

Performance& Reliability Optimization: Continuously monitor systems, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance scalability, stability, and overall performance.

AI-Driven Innovation & Leadership: Lead adoption of AI-assisted development, build frameworks and best practices, foster communities of practice, and drive productivity and quality improvements through modern engineering approaches.
