We are looking for an Inside Account Representative Finland to join our End User Personal Systems team and manage a portfolio of named customers.

This role requires active listening, clear communication and a customer-first mindset. You will work directly with end customers, build strong relationships with resellers and distributors, and help customers get the most value from HP Personal Systems technology. Fluency in Finnish and English is required.

You will proactively engage with HP partners, maintain regular communication and identify opportunities to create added value.

As Inside Account Representative Finland, your main responsibilities will include:Proactively demonstrate products and solutions to drive customer satisfaction

Coordinate sales activities

Engage proactively with partners and ensure regular communication with HP

Respond to calls and emails from HP end users and partners

Discuss products and solutions confidently and support HP customers when needed

Support partners with product information and pricing questions

Follow up on campaigns and manage leads
