Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Operations team for a full-time, permanent role. In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership of a team which consists mostly of production technicians. The holder of this position will oversee the daily production plans within defined timelines and quality standards to meet.

Grow with us - Your Responsibilities Align resources with production plans on a daily basis

Provide effective and constructive feedback to production staff and suggest corrective actions if needed to ensure production plans are fulfilled

Check production plans and fulfillment

Participate in daily meetings regarding problem solving, continuous improvement and 5s.

What will convince us A relevant technical degree, such as a Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Experience in production supervisor role in an appropriate technical / similar environment

Good leadership skills

Ability to trouble shoot

Ability to keep calm in times of pressure

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Finnish is considered an advantage.
