Nice to meet you! I'm Milja Valentine, a Senior Talent Partner atLeadDesk. Together with Mikko Räty, our Head of Product, we are now looking fora Technical Product Manager (AI) to join our growing AI product team inHelsinki.

AI is one of LeadDesk's biggest growth areas right now, and thisrole sits right at the centre of it. You'll be the operational engine of ourcontinuous discovery process, working closely with Sales, Customer Success andR&D to turn real customer needs into modern, agentic workflows, includingthe voice bots and AI assistants that support our customers' agents. This rolecomplements our Commercial AI Product Manager, who owns AI product strategy,pricing and packaging. You'll focus on translating validated customer needsinto requirements, steering technical feasibility with R&D, and drivinghands-on product discovery and demos.
