We are looking for an order-to-delivery Project Manager to take complete ownership of complex, global B2B customer projects - from commercial handover through engineering, manufacturing, and final site deployment. In your daily work, you will:

Drive end-to-end execution across cross-functional teams to hit scope, budget, and timeline targets.

Act as the primary technical and commercial liaison between global clients, internal R&D, sales, and supply chain partners.

Track project timelines, budgets, and hardware component lead times, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.

Build and optimise scalable delivery frameworks and governance processes to keep our operations agile as we grow.

What we expect from you:

5+ years of proven PM/Program Management experience leading complex B2B customer projects in global environments.

Hands-on background in B2B customer-facing product development or order-to-delivery projects within hardware, IoT, or electronics - with direct accountability for external client deliverables, physical supply chains, and custom builds.

A growth attitude and a hands-on approach - you actively dive into operational details to solve problems and drive execution.

Fluency in written and spoken English (Finnish is a plus, but not required).
