Hola Green is the newest concept from Spartao Oy, Finland's largest Asian restaurant group (4 concepts, 88 locations across Finland and Estonia, 500+ team members, and one busy central kitchen in Espoo). Now we're bringing Mexican-inspired flavor to the table burritos, bowls, and salads, perfect for lunch, dinner, or that post-workout refuel.
We're opening our very first Hola Green at Yliopistokatu Helsinki soon, and we need a Vuoropäällikkö (Shift Manager) to help us kick things off! 🎉

Translation: we take care of our people, we never stop learning, and we genuinely enjoy what we do (even during the lunch rush). 🌮 What You'll Be Doing Running the restaurant day-to-day and overseeing daily operations Planning shifts and making sure the team is set up for a smooth service Preparing fresh salads, wraps, and bowls alongside the team when needed Running the till and handling Wolt delivery orders Prepping ingredients and helping receive/unload deliveries in the back Keeping the restaurant clean, tidy, and welcoming Managing employee relations and supporting the team's day-to-day wellbeing Bringing good energy and a smile to every customer interaction Working hours follow the restaurant's opening hours, and pay follows the MaRa collective agreement (TES). ⭐ Who We're Looking For You're someone who leads by example, organised, hands-on, and great with people.
