For us, the work doesn't stop at the concept stage, and it doesn't start only once the spec is finished: an initiative stays in one pair of hands from the first idea to the running system. You help decide what gets built, not just how. We always work with the latest models and tools to succeed with the client. There's no prescribed stack — instead, we pick the right tool for each task. You design technical solutions from the first idea through to production deployment, working closely with decision-makers on both the client and management side.
What to expect:
You own the architecture and technical implementation of the AI solution end to end — from strategy through to production
You build agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations in real enterprise environments
Agentic coding tools are your everyday toolkit: you use them to develop solutions, speed up reviews, and build deployment pipelines
You're involved from the very first idea, not just once the spec is finished — growing deeper into the strategic and business side along the way
You stay accountable until the end: you don't hand things off, you see the solution through until it's running and delivering impact
You represent your technical decisions directly at executive level and lead these conversations yourself, without going through an
