About this role
Take ownership of end-to-end feature development across our new Data Platform - from frontend (React/TypeScript) to backend (Go)
Play a key role in building our platform from 0→1, owning features from idea to production
Build and ship user-facing features that enable non-technical users to configure complex data onboarding and pipeline processes
Work across the stack to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver high-impact product features
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn high-level problems into pragmatic, working solutions
Actively challenge product and UX decisions, contributing your own ideas to simplify complex workflows
Contribute to both frontend architecture and backend services, ensuring smooth integration between UI, APIs, and data processing logic
Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed and scalability, focusing on shipping value early
Take ownership of features in production, including debugging, iteration, and continuous improvement
What are we looking for?
5+ years of experience building modern web applications across frontend and backend
Strong experience with React and TypeScript
Solid backend experience with Go
Proven ability to build and ship features end-to-end, ideally in early-stage or fast-moving environments
Strong product mindset - you think in terms of solving user problems, not just implementing tasks
Comfortable working with ambiguity
