Senior Legal Counsel (f/m/d) – Commercial & IP Law

<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p>

<p>To further strengthen our Legal Department in Munich, we are looking for an experienced, pragmatic and business-oriented Senior Legal Counsel (f/m/d) – Commercial &amp; IP Law.</p>

<p>In this role, you will take ownership of a broad range of sophisticated commercial and technology-related legal matters across the Agile Robots Group. You will work closely with our Business, Engineering, Procurement and Management teams and advise on projects at the intersection of robotics, hardware, software and intellectual property.</p>

<p>We are looking for a lawyer with a strong foundation gained at a leading international law firm who enjoys taking direct ownership, working close to the business and finding pragmatic solutions in a fast-moving international environment.</p>

<p><strong>What your responsibilities will be:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of complex national and international commercial agreements, including supply, procurement, sales, service, cooperation, development, licensing, software and technology agreements.</li>

<li>Independently lead sophisticated commercial legal matters from initial instruction through negotiation and execution, acting as the primary legal contact for the business.</li>

<li>Advise on intellectual property matters in a commercial context, in particular IP ownership, licensing, background and foreground IP, know-how and trade secrets, including the IP-related aspects of technology and development collaborations.</li>

<li>Advise on complex project-related contracts and support cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, including Proof-of-Concept and Proof-of-Technology projects.</li>
