Our Housekeeping Team plays a crucial role in maintaining the reputation of several locations and venues of SantaPark Arctic World. The team provides our guests with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable environment throughout their stay. This team works side by side with maintenance and operations to ensure our guests make lifelong memories in the Arctic Circle.

Their diligent efforts contribute to guest satisfaction, health and safety, operational efficiency, revenue generation, and compliance with regulations, making them a cornerstone of the hospitality industry. Hidden Arctic Cloud Villas

Driving in snow conditions

Interaction with guests

Manage housekeeping daily procedures

Supervise and guide housekeepers at their duties

Assist the head of housekeeping at her/his duties

Temporarily fill in Housekeeper Manager

P articipate in familiarization of new employees

Oversee the quality of housekeeping

Manage inventory and ordering supplies

Plan rosters and check the realization of the hours for the salaries when needed

General requirementsCapable of completing work tasks independently as well as working in a team

Ability to take responsibility and maintain the highest level of standards

Problem-solving skills

Good communication skills

Positive attitude and motivation to learn
