Chief Financial Officer CFO

Raisio plc is looking for a business-driven and forward-looking Chief Financial Officer to lead Group Finance and enable profitable growth.

Our 2025-2027 strategy aims to accelerate growth through strong brands, new business opportunities, research activities and acquisitions. We are now looking for a CFO who combines strategic perspective, strong listed-company expertise and hands-on leadership. We aim to be a consumer-oriented, European innovator and make delicious food that promotes healthier eating habits.

Responsibilities

  • As CFO, you will have overall responsibility for the financial leadership of Raisio Group and for the Group Finance function and also for IT, Investor Relations and the strategic development and adoption of artificial intelligence across the Group. You will be a close partner to the CEO, a member of the Group Leadership Team and, when required, the CEO's deputy. You will bring a clear financial perspective to decision-making and ensure that financial management supports strategy execution, profitable growth and long-term value creation.
