Shift Manager (kitchen) - Brasa

Brasa is looking for a Shift Manager!

Are you passionate about cooking over an open fire and skilled in working with premium meat? Do you enjoy a fast-paced kitchen where craftsmanship, quality ingredients and teamwork come first?

We are looking for a full-time Shift Manager to join Brasa’s kitchen team.

As a Shift Manager, you will lead by example and take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift while working hands-on with the team. You’ll work in the hot section during service, cooking over open fire and grill, as well as cutting, pricing and ensuring the quality of our premium meat products. Depending on your skills, you may also work shifts in the cold kitchen.

Strong knife skills and experience in handling meat

Experience with open-fire and grill cooking

Experience in leading a shift or taking responsibility for a team
