Warehouse / Inventory Worker

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse / Inventory Worker who will be responsible for maintaining the inventory of our warehouse and handling various warehouse operations including communication with delivery and shipping services in Tampere.

You will work closely with our Warehouse Managers in Finland and in Ukraine.

Location

Tampere, on‑site, full‑time, permanent position.

Responsibilities and tasks

Maintain accurate inventory records

Monitor stock levels (avoid shortages/excess)

Conduct regular stock counts

Liaise with delivery/shipping services

Receive and check incoming goods

Handle the preparation of logistics documentation

Store items in correct locations

Report on discrepancies or damaged goods

Keep warehouse clean and organized

Skills & Experience

Ability to use ERP systems, Excel or inventory software

Experience in logistics operations

Basic inventory management knowledge

Attention to detail and accuracy

Organizational and time management skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Proficient Finnish (native or advanced) and English (B1 level or up) skills
