Responsibilities
- As our Legal Operations Specialist, you will build and run the operational backbone of Focused Energy’s growing Legal function. You will own the systems, processes, records, and calendars that enable our lawyers to focus on high-value legal work across Corporate, Commercial, IP, and Compliance.
- You will have broad ownership and the opportunity to build legal operations from the ground up — from corporate entity administration and contract lifecycle management to IP docketing, compliance records, workflow design, and automation. You will work independently across German and US corporate structures and become a trusted operational partner to the VP Legal and the wider Legal team.

- Take end-to-end responsibility for corporate administration across our German and US entities, including registers, minute books, cap tables, powers of attorney, filings, restructurings, and notarial processes.
