About this role

We're looking for a Staff Product Marketing Manager – Cybersecurity (m/f/x) to join our Product team and help define how Eye Security is positioned and perceived in the market.

This is a senior individual contributor role where you'll take ownership of product marketing strategy for our MDR/XDR portfolio whilst mentoring and guiding our existing marketing team. You'll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Commercial teams, translating complex cybersecurity capabilities into compelling value propositions and driving go-to-market execution that resonates with buyers and customers.

As our business continues to expand across Europe and new products launch, this role sits at the strategic centre of our go-to-market motion. You'll shape how we position ourselves competitively, influence sales enablement, drive content strategy, and own competitive intelligence that informs both marketing and product decisions.<
