All about the role:

The Head of Product Risk & Scenario Management is a senior leadership role within the Transformation & Program Management organization, responsible for establishing and leading a Product-level Centre of Excellence for risk and scenario management. Working through a federated network of experts across Product, Procurement, R&D, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management, the role will define the common risk framework, governance approach and Product top-risk view. The position enables the Product Leadership Team to identify risks early, assess business impact, evaluate scenarios and support informed decision-making on priorities, resources, delivery and business cases. It also leads Product-level supplier risk and resilience management in close partnership with Procurement. Aligned with Electrolux Group's Enterprise Risk Management framework, the role promotes a common risk language, transparency and effective escalation, while operational risk ownership remains with the respective functional teams.
