We are now looking for a Controller Planning & Analysis to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is a full-time fixed-term position for approximately 10 months, starting in December 2026, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- As Controller Planning & Analysis, you will have a varied role where you combine financial analysis with an interest in data, technology and business development. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to forecasting, budgeting, management reporting and analysis, while gaining broad insight into E.ON’s financial and operational performance.
- An important part of your role will be to create transparency around our performance by following up financial and operational KPIs against our targets. You will also have the opportunity to develop our analyses and contribute to smarter and more efficient ways of working through digitalization, automation and new technology.
- In your role, you will:
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, management reporting and financial analysis.
- Analyze financial and operational performance and turn data into insights that support decision-making.
- Develop analyses that help us understand our performance, both internally and in relation to competitors.
- Contribute to the digital development of Controlling through standardization, dashboards, automation and AI.
- Who we are looking for
- We believe you have a relevant academic degree in finance, business administration or a related field and an interest in how data and technology can be used within finance. You have gained some relevant professional experience, preferably within controlling, financial analysis or finance-related systems in
