About this role

Responsibilities

• Najell is looking to grow its team by adding Junior Community Creators that will work with influencer marketing in our focus markets. The position is based in Lund, Sweden, and you’ll be working on-site at our office.
• You will improve our marketing efforts in our focus markets strengthening our position on social media and making sure that our communication is on point.
• Other key tasks include identifying and creating bonds with key local stakeholders such as influencers, opinion leaders and test institutions.
• A big component of our marketing is influencer marketing where you will lead the way.
• You will learn, develop and master skills within the marketing universe such as online advertising, website analysis and social media.
• Who are you?
• You’re at the beginning of your journey within social media and community building, with a strong interest in digital platforms and how people connect online.
• You have a good understanding of how different platforms work and what drives engagement.
• You enjoy interacting with people and have a natural ability to build strong relationships.
• We highly value applicants with extensive knowledge of markets outside the Nordics, whether as a native or through significant experience living there. Fluency in German and/or French is a strong advantage.
