Product lifecycle management (PLM) is at the heart of how we design, develop and maintain our products. Our global PLM landscape, built around PTC Windchill and supporting Creo and SolidWorks, is used daily by more than a thousand engineers, designers and production specialists across R&D, Application Centers and manufacturing sites worldwide. We are now looking for a PLM Program & Product Manager to drive the evolution of our global PLM capability and ensure it continues to deliver business value across the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Product lifecycle management (PLM) is at the heart of how we design, develop and maintain our products. Our global PLM landscape, built around PTC Windchill and supporting Creo and SolidWorks, is used daily by more than a thousand engineers, designers and production specialists across R&D, Application Centers and manufacturing sites worldwide. We are now looking for a PLM Program & Product Manager to drive the evolution of our global PLM capability and ensure it continues to deliver business value across the entire product lifecycle.
  • As PLM Program and Product Manager, you are responsible for the strategic direction and development of our PLM landscape. Your mission is to ensure that our PLM processes and systems remain standardized per business model, scalable and aligned with business needs while balancing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • You are part of the Business Area IT management team and report to the Vice President IS/IT.
  • You act as the bridge between business and technology, translating requirements into a clear roadmap and driving initiatives that create long-term value for engineering, manufacturing and product development teams worldwide.
  • In this role, you have the mandate to define the roadmap and steer investments, thereby helping to make our PLM capability a key factor in future business success.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Owning and driving the global PLM roadmap, portfolio and budget.
  • Defining priorities and ensuring alignment between business needs, available resources and strategic objectives.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, Application Centers and manufacturing sites.
  • Driving standardization of PLM processes per business model, ways of working and system configuration across the different entities.
  • Leading PLM-related programs, projects and transformation initiatives.
