Strong programming skills and system design capabilities

Professional experience writing code in Scala, Java, C++, or similar languages

Professional experience with Spark or Flink

Ability to take ownership of tasks, identify requirements, prioritize, and progress with limited input

Fluent English communication skills, effective listening, and clear messaging

Experience in cross-team collaboration and communication
