Join Ericsson’s Business Network Engineering Unit as a Baseband System Developer. You will work in a team focused on developing and contributing to systemization for next-generation Radio Access Network products, with emphasis on baseband algorithms, signal processing, and multi-antenna systems. Responsibilities
- Contribute to systemization for next-generation Radio Access Network products by supporting system requirements, technical studies, and feature development.
- Develop, analyze, optimize, and validate physical layer (L1) and radio resource management (RRM) algorithms, with focus on DSP, MIMO, and beamforming strategies.
- Perform link-level and network-level system studies to evaluate wireless network performance and efficiency for 5G/6G technologies.
- Develop and refine software simulations and tools to assess design alternatives and support technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support system integration, alignment across technical areas, and successful feature delivery.
