What's in it for you:

Trane is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Data Center projects in Finland. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, acting as the primary customer contact and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery. You will manage communication, technical alignment, equipment logistics, onsite readiness, and risk mitigation to achieve successful outcomes in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

What you will do: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and develop strong, trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Contractor and other onsite partners.

Manage the flow of information between stakeholders, ensuring communication is accurate, timely, and well-coordinated

Ensure all information requests (RFIs, technical queries, documentation needs) are routed to the correct internal teams and responded to promptly.

Oversee technical resources to ensure the FSR (Field Service Representative) is supporting all phases of project delivery.

Liaise closely with the equipment coordinator
